My Review
The Title threw me off on what the book was going to be about, in the end I thought it was really good of course my picture of the Book is different then the picture that Goodreads has. Anyways It started off in Alissa's POV and then every other chapter would be from Kat's POV. I enjoyed reading about how both girls where going threw high school and the same problems they each faced together but with different views of course. lol.
This is for sure a story you don't want to miss out on, It had me thinking about my first time having Sex all over again and how horrible it was. ewww. lol. It has been written very well to the point that you will have a understanding of everything going on. The Author did such a great job writing this that i for one can't wait to get my hands on book 2.
Warning my review my contain some spoilers but not many. The Best friends are in high school just like any normal teenager, which mean of course they fall in love, have relationships, and yes even get bullied. I really liked how the author focused on bullying which is becoming a major thing in schools everywhere. Alissa is this sweet caring, skinny best friends with Kat, whom are both juniors in high school. Alissa is this boy crazy normal girl and Kat is the one who wants to be left alone, not comfortable with her body. Alissa meets Matt and they start dating, going to L.S.A.B. , even the gym. The gym is where she meets hott Scott and they seem to hit it off. My question is does Alissa break things finally off with Matt to be with Scott? Alissa is having issues being with Matt she doesn't want to be with him anymore and can't figure out a way to end things until something happens( that's right have to read to find out lol). Kat falls for Dillon Alissa's older Army brother who's Hott as well. Well some things happen at the L.S.A.B. Ball with Walt( yes, have to read for that too). This is where I hope that Kat and Dillon are actually together finally and are truly happy.
Anyways, my opinion is that everyone should give this book a try, it's fun will have you laughing, crying and of course being mad lol. I'm happy the author gave me the chance at reading this for her, I rather enjoyed every moment in the story, Truly made me miss high school, NOT. lol. It was based off of what every normal high schooler would go threw and then some. Give this story a try and find out what you think.
