Some people have families, I had engineered human killing machines surrounding me my whole life. I’d been a part of this unit since I was a baby, raised in a community that was shut off from the real world. A community where we were nothing but empty vessels, until Hella (my best friend) and I escaped. Hella took us to a girl who was in foster care with him before he was summoned into The Army. After finding out yet another complication in my life, I needed space. I booked in to a run down apartment, ready to clear my head. Only my head didn’t clear, because I was haunted every night from the screams that would vibrate through my walls.
This is not a story of a perfect man coming in to save the day. This is a story of what happens when fate interferes and two completely broken souls collide.

My Thoughts
I never thought I would have been sucked into a story so bad, I'm happy about that it really helped me get out of my somewhat of a book funk. I was amazed by this story and loved everything about it. My first time reading anything by this author and it wont be my last that's for damn sure. I loved how this story just
unfolded right before my eyes, first time reading anything by this
author she did an amazing job. The characters in this story are 100%
amazing. I've never read a story this great. The names for these characters was another bonus of this story I really didn't think 2 names go together as much as these 2 really do. As this story unfolds it's a like magic has been released on the pages and really grabs you in. The story starts off different but in the end it just gets better and better with every page turn. I know I can't wait to read more and more of this series and see what this author has in store for me. It's one hell of a ride that is worth being on and one that I'm so very much happy I took. This unique 2 person POV was great and amazing all wrapped into one amazing story. MUST READ cover to cover it's so worth the time and the words on the page. This is one story I didn't get enough with and wanted more half way through.
