Review: Hetch By: River Savage

What It's About?

Save
verb \ˈsāv\

1 a: Keep safe or rescue (someone or something) from harm or danger.

Synonyms: rescue, come to someone's rescue, save someone's life, set free, liberate, deliver, extricate.

Saving lives is the end goal.
It's a responsibility I live with every day, the reason I wear the badge.
Built on a brotherhood that runs deeper than blood, this way of life has become my very existence...

Until Liberty.

I thought I was saving her.

I never expected her to be the one saving me.

My Thoughts

This story was amazing and nothing like what River has normally wrote at all. It hit some soft spots with me as a reader but it was still amazing and wonderful to read. It had a happy ending that I was not expecting at all. Reading something by River I knew from the start that my emotions were going to be on a roller coaster up, down, up, down over and over again but I enjoyed every minute of it. Yes I did have to place this story down a few time if I didn't I was afraid I wasn't going to make it all the way through it. Some things just hit home a little to much, I finished it and was proud of that feat. I love River's work nothing is ever the same it's always different and has you on the edge of your seat many times over. Way different then the MC story she wrote it makes it really hard to pick which one I like best now. Hetch it right their with Sy's story that's for sure. The characters are different and amazing all wrapped into one. Hetch is this alpha of a man whose had everything thrown at him all at once. He's strong, caring and really Hott. Liberty this take no crap chick who is an alpha all on her own, strong, caring and a huge heart of gold. She's amazing and keeps everything moving along in the story. Between her banter with Hetch is just to funny at times to not read. They work great together along with all the other non main characters which I can't wait to know more about. ok enough about the them I don't want to spoil this for anyone. It's a MUST read with a 2 person POV each person fights their own demons in the story and the way they overcome this is truly magic and beautiful in it's own way. The way River has this story unfold on the pages for you in one of a kind. You can't seem to get enough of it once you start. I loved every word from cover to cover and every page had it's own meaning, which deff made the story even better if you ask me. I Loved it!!!
