Release Blitz & Review: SINdicate By: Marie James

Title: SINdicate
BT Urruela Fanfiction Novel
Author: Marie James
Genre: Romantic Suspense
 Release Date: May 25, 2016

Blurb

BT Urruela is former military with scars from war that forever changed his life. He attends an acting class, is a personal trainer at an elite facility in Tampa, and is your typical warm-blooded male.

Life is pretty easy-going for BT... then Aviana Maguire catches his eye.

Aviana attends the same acting class as BT, but does her best to stay under the radar. She’s the product of a broken family and a less than desirable childhood. She’s riddled with emotional scars and has extreme trust issues with men and all relationships in general.

Life was hard for Aviana as she struggled daily to just stay afloat. Just when she thought life couldn’t get more difficult, she’s snatched away from her home as retribution for someone else’s mistakes.

Underworlds, debts, and an obsession for justice could change everything for them both.

BT may rescue the girl he tracked into the dark recesses of Las Vegas, but will she ever be the same?

Or will BT become so deeply involved in SIN, that he becomes the one needing to be rescued?

My Thoughts

I had a hard time really getting into this story, I read the blurb and thought hey I'll really enjoy it; well about half way through it I was ready for something different nothing seemed to really wow me with this story at all. The first few chapters I got into the story but then something happened where everything was flipped and made no sense to me, hey that happens. This story has a great POV from both BT and Aviana both have unique names. I just know I couldn't get into it for some reason I felt like you didn't get to know the characters like right away poor girl meets hero, instant love, he saves her then bam story is over, nothing to give it more of a go for me. I just can't wrap my head around this story for some reason yes I did finish it and yes I do have to say I really liked the male characters in this story even the ones that weren't lead characters I did like the whole mafia vibe thing it had going on just the way it all came together on paper wasn't one of my favorites. I know I do want to get to know the MC a little bit more they really drew in my attention. For some reason this story wasn't for me, The flow was ok could have been better it didn't keep me hooked to the point where I had to finish it, but it did keep me where I had to keep reading it. I do have to give those only 3 1/2 stars only because once I reached the end I was happy it was over but at the same time I wanted more from the characters to come it seemed like a happy part happened and should have been more.

My passions include reading everything under the sun and plotting out new books to write in the future.
