My Thoughts
I was once again blown away by this author I couldn't get over how amazing each story has turned out to be. This was nothing like the others ones and for that I'm glad nothing was same maybe some of the characters but you got to know each one more even the guys you have already read about. The author's writing style is unique and really grabs your attention to the fullest. Her attention to all the small details and the main details really makes her story flow. Axe this bad boy alpha character is strong willed and goes for what he wants not what others tell him. Fighting the pull of love for weeks was a hard battle that Axe lost, boy was that great to watch the biggest player of them all fall and fall hard. He might have had a hard time at life in the start but things look better for him in the future. Baylee, love the way he name is spelled. strong and very independent has had a hardship in her life losing the person that means the most her mom. Trying to get her memories back proves to be the hardest of all but of course one night of really hott passion and BAM she's in love, her career is on the line, a killers after her and all she can do if love Axe and wonder what is next to come. Well through the whole story you get to know Baylee a lot more then you do Axe in which it helps bring the characters closer and the story flow much better. The attraction they have for each is way more then what they could bargain for. OK enough about all that I don't want to give any spoilers out even though I probably already did lol. It's a MUST READ 2 person POV suspense romance with a MC. It might have a MC in it but it was more on the romance side of things and not so much the hard core MC type things. It was a nice change of pace even if their was some bad guys, love, and loads and loads of passion. I did feel like I was waiting for something more to happen it just seemed like something was missing almost the whole story, the mystery of it was not lost on me and really kept me turning the pages trying to figure out the missing piece. Once you reach the middle of the story it becomes really hard to put down you want nothing more then to reach what is hopefully the happy end (now see I know how it ends I'll just keep that to myself). This is one story you don't want to miss I rather enjoyed the slow pace and the flow. I also know that this will not be my last time reading this authors work she just has a really great way of making this romance story a mystery, edge of your seat read. So totally worth every word and page turn. I give this a 4star as I just felt something was missing the whole time and I can't really place what that is, maybe at first it's really hard to get into but once you get past the first few chapters it really get's good. Maybe it's the lack of details of Baylee's demons that take to long to surface or the fact it takes a long time to figure out something bad is going to happen. Otherwise really great story and I wanted more when it ended. Right where it ended was amazing and leaves you with wanting more and more, the craving is really something for these characters.
