Review: Moto Boy By: Kay Manis

What's It About?

ADULT CONTEMPORARY ROMANCE

Welcome back Dana Di Grazio. You fell in love with her in SKATER BOY. Now it’s time to tell her story.

Dana Di Grazio is fearless and feisty, but struggling to find her purpose in life. Hiding behind a hardened exterior, she’s erected walls to protect herself from the devastating losses of her past. When thrust into the role of caretaker for pro motocross rider, Peter Fontenot, her fortitude is threatened and she fears he might be the one man to finally break down her walls.

When an unexpected accident forces X Games champion, Peter Fontenot to rely on a foul-mouthed, Italian spitfire, he’s surprised to find himself drawn to someone so crass and ill-suited. Suddenly, Peter must rethink the expectations of his well-planned life. Dana is the one thing he doesn’t want, but she may be the only thing he can’t live without.

Can the spark between two opposites create a lasting fire? Or will it detonate an explosion that leaves them both alone...forever.

My Thoughts

This story was shocking right to my damn core!! I only took a day to read this story from cover to cover and really enjoyed my time reading it. Filled with passion, friendship, half truths and loads and loads of hottness makes for a quick read. The emotions to me are higher this time around and are way more earth shaking then anything. The main characters Dana and Peter are 100% complete opposites from each other that the love they tend to share with each other but not say anything is really fun to read. It's banter is the best part it's funny, serious and just really easy to follow along with. The story is a 2 person POV. Each POV is very different you have nice and easy going Peter to Dana who's more sheltered in a way and a complete hard ass. The way the story comes to life with them is truly amazing. This is not my first time reading from this author and it wont be my last I was over the moon about this story and am really glad that I got a chance to read it. This has been a GREAT Read, It's a MUST READ and you kinda need to read 1 and 2 before hand but honestly 3 catches you up on what's happened so far.
