Wow what a really great short story, At first I didn't think it was going to be any good as I was having a hard time getting into it, wasn't understanding what was really going on to be honest I was in limbo land. Anyways knowing what the author’s other stories are like I just couldn't give up. Once I was getting into this story more and more I was amazed on how it turned out.
This story is short and has a lot of past and present mixed into it and makes the story seem more real. It’s a 1person POV that is based around Cage fighting, with amazing characters and story line. The hole love story thing was great how after so long they found each other and the love is still there, might have had a bit of a journey to get their but they did. The main character took some time to get used to, he was very different then the alpha males in past stories. But hey made it work.
I'm hoping to get more on these two characters Lin and Jaret they seemed to have more to say, well one can only help as it kinda seemed to leave off as a cliffhanger. Damn cliffhangers wish some stories could do without those damn things but then I'd never know what was next.
The story is a perfect short romance story that is easily to enjoy and leaving you wanting more and more, plus makes it hard for you to put down and keep the pages turning and turning.
