~What's It About?~

Since her mother vanished nine years ago, Anamae and her father have shared a quiet life. But when Anamae discovers a brooch identical to her mother's favorite pendant, she unknowingly invites a slew of trouble into their world. When the brooch and the pendant are worn together they're no longer pretty pieces of jewelry -- they're part of a highly developed technology capable of cloaking the human form. Triggering the jewelry's power attracts the attention of a secret society determined to confiscate the device -- and silence everyone who is aware of its existence. Anamae knows too much, and now she's Enemy Number One.

She's forced to leave her father behind when she's taken in by a group determined to keep her safe. Here Anamae searches for answers about this hidden world. With her father kidnapped and her own life on the line, Anamae must decide if saving her dad is worth risking her new friends’ lives. No matter what she does, somebody is going to get hurt.

Fiction is Fact. Know the Truth.

~My Thoughts~

So far I have really enjoyed this story. I mean who doesn't love a young girl getting into trouble, meeting a hottie to help bail her out and have her best friend with her?  This story at first seemed to be kind of slow, but then like normal I got reading it and of course it turned out to be this really great YA romance fun story.  This writer really new what the heck she was doing make a necklace and pin have magic powers I've never read a story like this and I have to say I LOVE IT!!!

This story wasn't like any normal paranormal, YA story I have read it's journey to get to the ending blew my mind away.  Although I didn't like how much it confused me at certain parts in the story (don't want to give those parts away). I also feel as if some of the story was rushed to get too the end, although the length of the story was good.  This story had 3 parts and that was nice helped give me a reader a direction I knew had to go in with the title of the section I was starting to read.  This is a really great 1 person POV and was really easy and enjoyable to follow along I didn't feel as if I was getting lost at what I was reading.

I have to say this is a must read if your into YA/paranormal romance. Just give it a try see what i'm talking about. That this is a good read!!!
