Review: In the Light of the Moon By: A. L. Kessler

Synopsis

Stripped of all control, shifter Kassity has no choice but to be a killer for a vampire named Lucius. Obeying the vampire from the shadows was simply her way of life, until Jax comes to town and brings trouble with him. When her panther half recognizes Jax as her fated mate, Kassity must deal with betrayal, secrets and Lucius in order to be with him.

With a war going on between all supernatural creatures Jaxon must figure out whose side he is on. What started as a simple job turned into a complicated game of hearts when he meets Kassity, the woman he thought he was rescuing, but not everything is as it seems in Lucius' territory.

My Review

Let's just say that I really enjoy this author's work this is on the first book of Kessler's that I have read I really enjoyed Midnight Symphony along with this book.  I really really liked how it was about Panther's that was all new to me. The author really described everything great I don;'t think their is one thing about this story I don't like.  The character's description was great it really made me feel as if I was a bird in the sky watching everything with my own eyes, like I was really there.

Kassity is this girl who has had a really hard life and I mean down right hard being forced to change that must have sucked but now she met with Lucius who helped her a lot with that. He in turns becomes her master she listen's to him over everything. I do mean everything right down to who she can and cannot Mate with.  But Jax has other things in mind. Alone he not belonging to a pack he get's away with a lot.  OK I don't want to give to many spoiler's out it was really great read. I'm for sure going to re-read this one again and again I only have to wait to be able to get my hands on the 2nd one hoping it's as good as this one.

I do recommend this to everyone who likes, love, drama, hurt and just plan old paranormal. This book is for you.
