This story was nothing like the other MC Stories I have read from both authors. It was different in a way that I needed to get into the grove of reading once again. I love MC stories but after awhile they all seem to be the same plot or something along that line, Well I can for one tell you this is completely different. The hard as nails alpha Dj is this amazing man that wont let past get in the way any more. He takes what he wants and doesn't care this time around. Kenderly I just love that name I should have known something different was a mist for names with these 2 fantastic authors. Anyways she's this small town girl with big dreams that don't happen. She has to fight her demons and her mothers daily, you can tell she is a girl trying to break out of her shell and become this amazing woman. The both of them together is powerful. They just had this magic about them that made you turn the page over and over again. The story line flows really great, many characters come into play and you don't get lost at all. The fast pace story is so worth the read, for it being a short story you get a lot of facts and they made it seem like it was a long piece when in fact it could be read in a day. I'm just a slow reader. I know once I reached the end of the story I couldn't wait for more, I was left craving more and hoping that Kenie and DJ's story will come back I feel in a way I need to know what happens a few years later. Amazing story is a Must Read!!!
